Hello everyone. I'm guessing people must not visit this board much, but I'll see
if anyone responds to this thread. I'm not having much luck with my other one.
Anyway, I found this product Motherlove More Milk, it has Fenugreek, Blessed
Thistle, Nettle Leaf and Fennel Seed, it's a propriety blend so there's no dosage
for each herb specifically. Each capsule is 333 mg and you take one capsule 4
times a day, or 2 capsules 3 times a day if over 175 lbs. It says it increases
milk production with 24-48 hours. Anyone used a blend like this instead of all the
herbs seperately? Thanks!
